Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck are going on the road to tell Americans the “truth”. It is called the “Bold and Fresh Tour 2010″ and will be in Westbury, New York, Tampa, Florida, North Charleston, South Carolina, and Norfolk, Virginia. Tickets are $45-$121 and the Westbury and Tampa shows are already sold out.
The description of their upcoming 4 city tour contains some very funny stuff. I am assuming that most people who are buying tickets are going for the comedy since truth and reality will be hard to come by.
According to the website the “event that makes professional wrestling seem like a night at the opera” is coming to you
The promotion goes on “Enough is enough–from somebody who’ll give it to you straight, whether you like it or not. Actually, make that…somebodys–Bill O’Reilly and Glenn Beck. This January, they’re coming out from behind their desks and going on tour”.
O’Reilly is described as ”the godfather of ‘no spin’ and in-your-face television, brutal honesty beats hypocrisy every time.“
“Glenn Beck is the new kid on the block, the fastest rising star in cable news. Through humor, raw emotion and the tenacity of a pit bull, Glenn has become the new voice of conservative America. Steeped in the teaching of our forefathers, Glenn wears his heart on his sleeve, and no matter what he says—whether it’s about politics or pop culture—you can bet he’s got the facts to back it up.“
Facts, truth, honesty. These are words you definitely do not associated with O’Reilly and Beck.
