Right wing whacked out

The right wing must be running out of ideas of things to write about Obama’s administration.

What can they say to further hammer Obama?

How about a story of how much worse Obama is than Tiger Woods?

Tiger Woods? Of course. They do have something in common. They are both biracial.

Surprise. Townhall decided to do just that. Kevin McCullough wrote the hit piece. Why? probably because he had nothing else to say.

McCullough’s assertions would be comical if they were not so stupid.

He claims that although Tiger has hurt his family this does not compare to the Obama administration’s attempt to empower itself, create a greater divide between those who are powerful and those who are needy and its attempt to destroy the lives of American families.

The stupidity of this article is hard to describe.

It is hard to believe that the townhall website published this piece of trash. It is a new ..continue reading

Know nothing Kristol at it again

From the man who thought that Sunnis and Shites would get along without a problem once we entered Iraq we have the latest worthless but dangerous pronouncement.

Bill Kristol has been doing the happy dance since President Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize acceptance speech. As thinkprogress reports Kristol is under the delusion that Obama’s speech somehow confirmed the neo-conservative (Bush/Cheney/Kristol, etc.) position on the “war on terror”.

Today on FOX News Sunday Kristol claimed that the speech was Obama’s version of the Bush doctrine and continued with

“There’s this one sentence, “There will be times when nations – acting individually or in concert – will find the use of force not only necessary but morally justified.”

“That’s a pretty striking statement. I mean any American president should say that who’s looking at Iran developing nuclear weapons. I think he is, it’s not just that Israel might use preemptive force against Iran. This speech lays the predicate ..continue reading

Grayson fires back

Alan Grayson (D-FL) will not be restrained, and that is a good thing.

Appearing on Chris Mathews’ Hardball Grayson took shots at Cheney and Bush Jr.

As talkingpointsmemo reports

“Chris Matthews asked Grayson about Cheney’s recent condemnations of President Obama, for giving what Cheney called “aid and comfort to the enemy” — which is the Constitution’s definition of treason — by putting Khalid Sheikh Mohammed on trial in civilian courts.”

Grayson’s response was ”…there’s an acronym that’s used to apply to situations like this. It’s called “STFU.”

Grayson’s response to the right wingnuts attacking Obama for bowing to the Japanese Emperor when greeting him was

“I remember Bush Junior kissing Prince Abdullah on the cheek, and then holding his hand for an extended period of time. Maybe if he’d let him get to second base, then gasoline would be a dollar a gallon.”

We need more Democrats to stand up to the likes of Cheney. After all Cheney ..continue reading

Racist Southern Mayor

is pissed because Obama’s Afghanistan speech was at the same time as the Charlie Brown Christmas special.

On his facebook page Arlington (TN) Mayor Russell Wiseman wrote  ”Ok, so, this is total crap, we sit the kids down to watch ‘The Charlie Brown Christmas Special’ and our muslim president is there, what a load…..try to convince me that wasn’t done on purpose. Ask the man if he believes that Jesus Christ is the Son of God and he will give you a 10 minute disertation about it….when the answer should simply be ‘yes’….”

He continued “…you obama people need to move to a Muslim country…oh wait, that’s America…pitiful…you know, our forefathers had it written in the original Constitution that ONLY property owners could vote, if that has stayed in there, things would be different…”

Another clueless moron. How do these people get elected?

Rumsfeld rears his ugly head

Another Bush crony chimed in today after Obama stated that during the Bush administration the required troops were not provided to Afghanistan.

The Bush administration funneled the majority of resources to Iraq for the war that they lied us into which resulted in the resurgence of Al Qaeda and the Taliban in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Today Donald Rumsfeld, who was fired by the Bush administration for the lousy job he was doing declared:

“In his speech to the nation last night, President Obama claimed that ‘Commanders in Afghanistan repeatedly asked for support to deal with the reemergence of the Taliban, but these reinforcements did not arrive.’ Such a bald misstatement, at least as it pertains to the period I served as Secretary of Defense, deserves a response.”

“I am not aware of a single request of that nature between 2001 and 2006. If any such requests occurred, ‘repeated’ or not, the White House should promptly make them public. The President’s ..continue reading
